About
I started with visual storytelling, and three years of designing at scale taught me that the gap between an experience that works and one that doesn't is rarely the interface it's almost always trust . Both of my Microsoft Teams case studies began with a problem everyone agreed on, and ended somewhere else entirely once I sat with users. The issue wasn't accuracy, it was timing. It wasn't the icons, it was muscle memory. I'm drawn to AI experiences where the hardest question isn't what the system can do, but how much control to hand over, and when.
